The artisan seaside town of St Ives is only a couple of miles away, whilst other popular resorts like Penzance are within a half hour’s drive. Leisure facilities, including horse riding, golf and tennis are also in the local area.

The home has a small, but pleasant enclosed garden area complete with patio furniture and barbecue for al fresco dining.

Guests can relax in the living area, comfortably-furnished and equipped with a television, video and radio. Kitchen facilities include a fridge/ freezer, microwave and coffee-making machine for self-catering and a dining area adjoins the living area.

The bathroom is fitted with standard facilities, including shower-over-bath.
